Am I allowed to load materials above the top edge of the dumpster?
No, all materials must remain level with the top edge of the dumpster for safe transport.
What is included in the price of the dumpster rental?
The price typically includes delivery, pickup, fuel, disposal of waste up to the weight limit, and the rental period.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
Due to the weight of the truck and loaded container, we recommend placing 4' x 8' sheets of plywood on blacktop under the dumpster. Customers assume all liability for any damage to driveways, pavement, or placement surfaces.
Does someone need to be present during the delivery or pickup of my dumpster?
No, you do not need to be onsite for delivery or pickup. Please provide detailed placement instructions—our driver will use their best judgement to deliver to a safe, accessible location. Relocation fees may apply if the dumpster needs to be moved. For pickup, ensure the container is unobstructed; additional charges may apply if it's not accessible.
What payment methods do you accept?
For phone orders, we accept cash or check payments made in advance or at the time of delivery.
Will I be billed for extra weight?
Yes, if the weight exceeds the included tonnage, additional charges will apply for the excess amount.
